At Olivia’s, "locally sourced" is an understatement. As much as possible, our house fridge is full of fresh Alaskan staples.

From our garden to your table, our vegetables and herbs are harvested daily. Our full bar features sprigs of fresh herbs, wild berries, and specialty simple syrups crafted in-house by the bartender. Meanwhile, our chef makes our soups, vinaigrettes, and sauces fresh daily.

Our crab is from the Bering Sea. The shrimp, halibut, and salmon are wild-caught in Alaska—with the salmon smoked right here in our garden. Our wild game is sourced from the rugged Alaskan interior.

Olivia’s Bistro is located downtown inside the Historic Skagway Inn. Find us just past the Post Office between 6th & 7th Avenue, a scenic 15-minute walk from the waterfront.
