As much as possible, our house fridge is full of fresh Alaskan staples.

From our garden to your table, the vegetables & herbs are harvested daily. Our full bar features sprigs of herbs, fresh berries, specialty, and simple syrups made by the bartender. Our chef makes
our soup, vinaigrettes, and sauces fresh in-house.


Our crab is from the Bearing Sea. The shrimp, halibut, and salmon are wild-caught in Alaska.
The salmon is smoked in the garden. The wild game is from the interior of Alaska.

Olivia’s Bistro is located downtown inside the Historic Skagway Inn, past the Post Office between 6th & 7th Avenue, about a 15-minute walk from the waterfront.
